Shipping Policy: Anas Baby Food

Thank you for shopping with Anas Baby Food, Malaysia’s trusted Halal-certified baby food brand.
We aim to deliver your orders safely, promptly, and in perfect condition.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to:

  • All states and territories in Peninsular Malaysia

  • Sabah & Sarawak (via air freight)

  • Selected international destinations (subject to approval, please contact us before ordering

2. Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information.

3. Delivery Time Estimate

4. Shipping Fees

**Bulk / wholesale orders may have separate freight quotations.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you’ll receive your tracking number via email or in membership platform.
You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.

6. Packaging Assurance

All items are sealed in boxes or bubble wrapped to protect and prevent damage during transit.

7. Undelivered / Returned Parcels

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Recipient unavailable to receive parcel
    The parcel will be returned to us.
    Re-delivery charges will apply.

8. Damage or Leakage During Delivery

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging & product condition

We’ll assist with replacement or refund based on our Return Policy.

9. International Shipping

International buyers are responsible for any import duties or customs taxes.
We’ll provide full product details for customs clearance upon request.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy: Anas Baby Food

At Anas Baby Food, your satisfaction and your baby’s safety are our top priorities. We take great care in producing and packaging our products to ensure that each pouch reaches you in perfect condition. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To ensure hygiene and safety, baby food items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened.
However, we accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Eligible reasons for return:

  • You received a wrong item or flavour

  • The product arrived damaged or leaked during delivery

  • The product was defective or expired upon arrival

2. Return Request Period

You must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) after receiving your parcel if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After this period, we’re unable to guarantee a replacement as the product’s storage condition may affect its safety.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact our customer care team with the following:

  • Order number

  • Full name and contact number

  • Photos of the product and packaging (showing defect, leakage, or wrong item)

Our team will review your case within 1–2 working days and guide you through the replacement or refund process.

4. Refund or Replacement Options

Depending on your situation:

  • Replacement: We’ll send a new product (same item) at no additional cost.

  • Refund: If replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund via your original payment method.

Refund processing usually takes 3–7 working days once approved.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or consumed products

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party stores

6. Return Shipping Instructions

If a return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label or address.
Do not send any products back without prior confirmation from our team.

 7. Our Commitment

Every Anas Baby Food pouch is made in a Halal, HACCP, and GMP-certified facility and passes COA safety testing. We stand by the quality of our products and will always handle your case with fairness and care.
